Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information MARS TMT Ventures ("we", "us") collects through marstmtventures.com, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your company and the type of organization you represent, if you provide them;
- the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. To protect the form from spam and abuse, our hosting and security provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals at the moment you submit. We measure site traffic with cookieless analytics that report aggregate figures (such as page views) and do not identify you.
Publicly available business information. If you contact us from a company email address, we may look up publicly available information about that company, such as its website, sector, country and size, to understand your inquiry and route it to the right conversation. We do not buy personal data from data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, does not use third-party ad pixels, and serves its fonts from our own domain. Our spam protection may set a strictly necessary, short-lived token when you submit the form. Because we do not use non-essential cookies, there is no cookie banner.
How we use your information
- to read and reply to your inquiry, including an acknowledgment email and, where relevant, a link to book a call;
- to assess and prioritize inquiries and follow up on business conversations you started;
- to keep a record of our business communications;
- to keep the site and form secure and free of spam.
We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to categorize inquiries by topic and language, summarize them, and draft replies. A person reviews business decisions about your inquiry. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business inquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.
Who processes your information
We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf and under contract, only to provide their services to us:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and spam protection, cookieless analytics, and the database where form submissions are stored;
- Google: business email and productivity tools, including records of inquiries;
- Anthropic: AI processing to categorize and summarize inquiries and draft replies, under commercial terms that do not permit use of this data to train its models;
- our CRM and workflow-automation providers: to organize inquiries and run the steps described above;
- our scheduling provider: if you choose to book a call.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When information is transferred across borders, we rely on our providers' contractual and security commitments to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last interaction, or longer while we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation to do so. Spam submissions are deleted promptly.
How we protect it
All traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and secrets and credentials are stored securely with our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under U.S. state privacy laws and the laws of the European Union and United Kingdom, Brazil (LGPD), Colombia (Ley 1581 de 2012), Mexico and Peru (Ley 29733), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct or update it;
- have it deleted;
- withdraw consent or object to certain processing;
- file a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@marstmtventures.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and in any case within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
